OptiFlow Inc. (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances.

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be taken.

In principle, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties. It is provided only in exceptional cases such as prior consent or legal requirements.

The Company entrusts personal information processing to cloud service providers, email delivery services, etc. for smooth operations.

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:

- Technical measures: Access control management, installation of access control systems, encryption, installation of security programs
- Physical measures: Access control for server rooms, data storage rooms, etc.
