OptiFlow Inc. (hereinafter "Company") complies with applicable laws and regulations, and establishes and discloses these Terms of Service for the protection of user rights and convenience of service use.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between OptiFlow Inc. (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of online services (hereinafter "Services") provided by the Company.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws.
3. When amending the Terms, the Company shall specify the effective date and reasons, and announce them on the initial service screen at least 7 days before the effective date.
4. Members who do not agree to the amended Terms may request membership withdrawal. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the amended Terms shall be deemed as consent to the changes.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

- All other services provided to members through additional development or partnership agreements
2. Service Changes and Suspension

1. Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form set by the Company and expressing consent to these Terms.
2. The Company registers users who apply for membership, except for cases of false information, omissions, or errors in registration.
Article 6 (Changes to Member Information)
Members can view and modify their personal information at any time through the personal information management screen. The Company is not responsible for any disadvantages arising from failure to notify changes to information provided during registration.
Article 7 (Privacy Protection)

Article 8 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Registering false information when applying or making changes
- Stealing others' information
- Altering information posted by the Company

- Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of the Company or third parties
- Posting obscene or violent information on the service

Article 11 (Content Copyright)

1. Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the Company will process the withdrawal immediately.
